JanSport.co.nz equipment is guaranteed to be free from any defect in materials and workmanship for the natural life of the product from the date of purchase identified on the sales receipt. Our warranty applies when our product is used for the purpose intended, under normal conditions, and does not apply to damage caused by typical wear and tear, unreasonable use or neglect.

The warranty expressed here is specific to the online store at jansport.co.nz. If you purchased your JanSport product from a retail store, your warranty claim needs to go through them.

To make a claim please return your JanSport bag to the store it was purchased from.
